Q: Are your formulations completely safe?
Yes. Every single batch is curated down to individual raw herbs and scientifically optimized for skin-friendly limits.
Q: How fast do you dispatch orders?
We process and dispatch all items within 24 to 48 hours directly from our main fulfillment hubs center.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Due to strict hygiene constraints for cosmetic personal items, products are not eligible for generic returns unless received damaged or completely missing during transit routes.
We deliver across domestic metropolitan pin codes within 3–5 working days. Shipping configurations are dynamic and estimated clearly at checkout based on order basket dimensions.
